Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
